Laurie brings to The Mackenzie Advantage Team over 20 years of law firm management experience. As Vice President of Operations, Laurie’s most important task is to act as a liaison to our sellers. Laurie makes sure that all marketing and sales information is communicated to our sellers on a timely basis. Laurie manages all print media advertising, and oversees our marketing and administration departments to ensure that the listing and advertising process runs smoothly. Annika Godfrey - New Business Development/Buyer’s Specialist

Annika has been involved with all aspects of the real estate industry for 9 years. A graduate from Kent State University, she came to the Mackenzie Advantage Team as an independent top producer in early 2005. Her primary function is the development of new business. This includes finding potential sellers who need our help, helping our buyers locate their dream home and negotiating the best prices for those homes. Annika was born and raised in Orange County, CA, which gives her a lifetime of familiariaty with the Orange County marketplace. She is particularly adept at managing simultaneous escrows for our sellers who are buyers. Her energy, enthusiasm and commitment guarantee that our client’s needs will be met!

Isaac Dozor - Director of Marketing and Administration

Isaac Dozor is a graduate of The University of California at Davis with degrees in Political Science & History. Isaac is responsible for a variety of tasks for The Mackenzie Advantage Team. Among them, Isaac gathers the information needed for a complete and informative meeting between Mac Mackenzie and his clients. Isaac is also responsible for inputting listings on the MLS and maintaining accurate, up-to-date property information on our website. Janet Provencio - Transaction Coordinator

Janet handles the complex details of opening and closing an escrow from beginning to end. Janet brings to the Mackenzie Advantage Team over 25 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Mac, Dave and Janet review our escrows on a daily basis to make sure the entire transaction proceeds smoothly from beginning to end. Janet assists in verifying that all conditions of the purchase are met in a timely manner and that all required documents and disclosures are fully executed and all inspections are set within the appropriate time frames.

Julee Rossman - Assistant Director of Marketing & Administration
